Click mouse right on This PC, in popup menu select "Properties" to open "System".
In System window, click choose "Advanced system settings" to open "System Properties"
In System Properties window click "Environment Variables..." button to open "Environment Variables".
In Environment Variables click "New" button, and in "Edit System Variable" windows setting follow below.
Click "Ok, Ok, Ok" buttons to finish setting.
In System window, click choose "Advanced system settings" to open "System Properties"

In Environment Variables click "New" button, and in "Edit System Variable" windows setting follow below.
- Variable name: JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS
- Variable value: -Dfile.encoding=UTF8
Click "Ok, Ok, Ok" buttons to finish setting.
